Amy Werry-McFarlin, PsyD
Assistant Professor/Clinical
Amy E. Werry, PsyD is a clinical assistant professor in neurology at UTHSCSA. She earned her doctoral degree from Pacific University in Oregon and completed a fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She specializes in cognitive evaluations with adults with neurological, psychiatric, and neuropsychiatric disorders. Her research career has focused on the use of neuropsychological measures to evaluate cognitive dysfunction in culturally diverse groups. Her long-term research career goal is to better early diagnosis and interventions in neurodegenerative disorders through the use of accurate and appropriate cognitive assessment.
