Dr. Alexander Rozanski, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology at UT Health San Antonio. He earned his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  He then earned his medical degree at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School in Houston, Texas where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.

He completed his urologic residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in complex genitourinary reconstructive surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts.

He specializes in male genitourinary reconstruction and men’s health. His clinical interests include urethral stricture disease, male urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, bladder neck
contractures, rectourethral fistulae, and genital reconstruction (including concealed penis, lymphedema, and traumatic injuries). Genitourinary prosthetics (artificial urinary sphincter, male urethral sling, and penile implants) are also a large component of his practice. In addition, he offers minimally invasive endoscopic and robotic approaches to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

He is an active member of the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (GURS), Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA), and the American Urological Association (AUA). He has authored numerous peer-reviewed academic journal publications and delivered many urologic presentations at regional and national conferences.
