Lora R. Spiller, M.D.
Assistant Professor
Dr. Spiller is a board certified pediatrician who completed three years of fellowship training in Child Abuse Pediatrics at the UT Health San Antonio Center for Miracles in 2018. She is a 2004 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Evansville with an undergraduate degree in psychology. Dr. Spiller received her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in 2011 and completed residency in general pediatrics at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania in 2014. She serves as the medical director of the Forensic Nurse Examiner program at the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. In her current role as a Child Abuse Pediatrician at the Center for Miracles, she is responsible for the medical evaluation of children who have been suspected victims of physical abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse.
