Robyn E. Poteet, MD
Associate Professor/Clinical
Dr. Robyn Poteet is a board-certified Hospitalist who joined UT Health San Antonio in 2002 as an Assistant Professor/Clinical, rising to the rank of Associate Professor/Clinical in 2010. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Finch University Health Science Center/Chicago Medical School in 1999 before going on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2002. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine with the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Poteet is the recipient of numerous honors including University Health's "Team of the Year" in 2008 as well as Bexar County's Extraordinary Women in Medicine" award in 2024.
