Ashley S. Cooley, MD
Assistant Professor/Clinical
Ashley Cooley, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Cardiology. Dr. Cooley is originally from the San Antonio area. She obtained her Bachelors degree from the University of Texas in 2005. She then completed her medical school and Pediatrics residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center prior to pursuing furthering education in Pediatric Cardiology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Cooley joined the University of Texas Health Science Center Pediatric Cardiology faculty in 2018.
Her current academic interests include pediatric cardiac genetics and cardiac imaging. She is American Board of Pediatrics certified since 2014 and is American Board of Pediatrics/Cardiology certified since 2018.
