Hadley Young, MD

Dr. Hadley (Young) Ross earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, with minors in Biology and Biochemistry, from Baylor University in 2016. She obtained her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center in 2020 and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor Scott & White in Temple, Texas, in 2024. Dr. Ross is currently completing a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she also serves as a faculty member. She was chosen for the UT LSOM Health Systems Science Distinction Track. Her clinical and research interests include placenta accreta spectrum disorders, critical care, diabetes management, and the role of nutrition and exercise in maternal health. Outside of work, Dr. Ross enjoys staying active, hiking in national parks, and traveling with friends and family.
