Belinda Yauger, MD

Dr. Yauger joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2021 as the Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She obtained a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Florida and her M.D. at Washington University School of Medicine. She completed Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at the National Capital Consortium in Bethesda, MD and continued to a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She is board certified in OB/GYN and REI. Dr. Yauger proudly served in the U.S. Army for 20 years. While on active duty, she served as the Army OBGYN Consultant to the Office of the Surgeon General providing leadership in Military Women’s Health. She is involved with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) in several aspects of certifying exam development and assessment for both the specialty and REI subspecialty exams. She is the Vice Chair for the Armed Forces District of the American College of Obstetrician Gynecologists, a recent member of the editorial Board for Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Task Force member of the Practice Committee for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She also serves on the Quality Assurance Committee for the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART) as well as the Assessment Development Subcommittee for ABOG.
