Ashley Windham, DO
Assistant Professor/Clinical
Dr. Windham is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Baylor Scott & White in Temple, TX where she also completed a fellowship in Hematopathology. She furthered her education and completed fellowships in Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking and Clinical Informatics at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. During her clinical informatics training, she earned a Master of Science Data Analytics at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
