Rosemary Senguttuvan, MD

Dr. Senguttuvan is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist with subspecialty training in Gynecologic Oncology. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2014, followed by her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She remained at UTMB to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2022.
She then pursued a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center, completing her subspecialty training in 2025.
Dr. Senguttuvan’s clinical practice focuses on the comprehensive care of patients with gynecologic cancers, combining advanced surgical techniques with individualized medical therapies. She has specialized training in the use of heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) during radical debulking surgery. Her research interests include developing novel targeted therapies for ovarian cancer and expanding access to clinical trials for women with gynecologic malignancies.
Outside of her clinical and research work, Dr. Senguttuvan enjoys painting, reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and two children.
