Melvin L. Seale, DHSc, RHIA, CCS-P, CRC is the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs and an Associate Professor in the Kate Marmion School of Public Health at The University of Texas at San Antonio. His work focuses on health policy, health services administration, and health informatics, with an emphasis on using data, technology, and evidence-based approaches to improve population health outcomes and reduce gaps in access, quality, and care delivery across populations. He brings extensive experience working with hospitals, health systems, and health insurance organizations, and has held senior academic and administrative leadership roles supporting graduate education, applied research, and community partnerships.
