Dr. Rogers received his Doctor of Medicine from University of Arizona  in 1987. Dr. Rogers completed his anesthesiology residency program in 1991 at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He went on to complete a fellowship in pain medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1992. Dr. Rogers is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
