Alexis J Ramos, MD
Assistant Professor/Clinical
Alexis Ramos, MD is a board certified Family Medicine Physician and Assistant Professor/Clinical in the Family and Community Medicine Department of UT Health San Antonio. She earned her undergraduate degree from UTSA in Biology with Honors while participating in the FAME program and is a former UTSA Terry Scholar. After graduating medical school at UT Health San Antonio in 2020, she completed her Family Medicine Residency and served as administrative chief resident. She then joined UTHSA as faculty to practice Family Medicine, teach medical students, supervise residents, and provide community engagement in underserved communities. As well as caring for patients at the Robert B. Green Family Health Center, she also cares for patients at various sites including the Family Medicine Inpatient Service, Newborn Nursery, and Kennedy Prenatal Clinics. She loves teaching residents about patient centered healthcare and serving the San Antonio community.
