Carina B. Ramirez, M.D.
Specialist
Dr. Ramirez received a Bachelors of Science in Biology at Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas. She subequently obtained her medical degree at the University of Texas Health in San Antonio, TX. She remained at UT Health San Antonio where she completed her general pediatrics residency and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship. She joined the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology as a specialist in 2019. Her interests include neonatal nutrition, community outreach, and ethics.
