Charles Andrew Peirce, MD
Assistant Professor/Clinical
Dr. Andrew Peirce is a board-certified Hospitalist who joined UT Health San Antonio as an Assistant Professor/Clinical in 2020. Dr. Peirce earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Economics, minoring in Chemistry (graduating Magna Cum Laude), from Baylor University in 2013 before going on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center McGovern Medical School in Houston in 2017. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in June 2020. Dr. Peirce is the recipient of several honors including the "Department of Biology Outstanding Senior" award (2013) and the "John S. Belew Award for Outstanding Male in Community Service" (2013).
