Wiley D Perkins, MD
Associate Professor / Clinical
Wiley D. Perkins is an Associate Professor / Clinical at UT Health San Antonio in the Division of General and Hospital Medicine. He has been a Hospitalist for University Hospital since 2002. Dr. Perkins received his M.D. from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX in 1995. He completed Residency in Internal Medicine in 1998 from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Perkins acquired Board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in August 1998. Dr. Perkins has been awarded Outstanding Faculty Award and Outstanding Clinical Teacher for many years since 2004. He has been a New Hospitalist Faculty Mentor in the Division of General and Hospital Medicine since 2014.
