Adedeji Olusanya, MD

Dr. Adedeji Olusanya is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he specializes in Rehabilitation Medicine and Interventional Pain Management. He is dedicated to advancing patient-centered care through evidence-based, innovative treatments that improve function and quality of life. Dr. Olusanya Graduated from Nova Southeastern Medical School in 2020 and also completed his Master of Public health in 2019. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Training at UTHSCSA. He served as Chief Resident when he graduated. He then completed his Interventional Pain Medicine Training in 2024 at UTHSCSA.

Dr. Olusanya is also the founder of Mentoring Minorities in Medicine, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing representation in the medical field by supporting underrepresented college students through mentorship, scholarships, and professional development. His work reflects a deep commitment to equity in medicine, mentorship, and advocacy.

With academic contributions including publications in Oxford Pain Medicine, Dr. Olusanya is passionate about medical education and the development of future leaders in pain medicine. His long-term mission is to be a transformative educator, clinician, and advocate within the field.
