Mariana Neagu, MSN, RN
Assistant Professor/Clinical
Subspecialties: Bilingual - English and Romanian Proficient with EPIC, Meditech, CPN charting systems
I have practiced as a Registered Nurse since 2015 following the completion of my Master of Science in Nursing at DePaul University in Chicago. Serving as preceptor for new nurses and immersion students early in my career and later as a DEU Lead Teacher and adjunct faculty for UT Health School of Nursing strengthened my commitment to educating future nurses.
My background in perinatal nursing played a pivotal role in shaping my teaching philosophy which is grounded in clinical expertise and practical insights. I am dedicated to supporting aspiring nurses in gaining the knowledge and skills and in developing the compassion and resilience that are essential to patient centered care.
