Amy L Mumbower, MD
Dr. Mumbower is an Associate Professor of Radiology. She completed her medical school training in 1995, then her Diagnostic Radiology Residency as well as a six-month Abdominal Imaging Fellowship in 1999, all at UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Mumbower immediately joined our department as faculty member in the division of Cardiothoracic Imaging in January 2000, where she has immensely enjoyed practicing since that time. She has a great love for teaching, not only our radiology residents and fellows, but also visiting residents and fellows from associated subspecialties. Dr. Mumbower also enjoys providing several lectures each year to our medical and PA students.
In her free time, she can be found spending time with her family and close friends, jogging and traveling.
