Promote the core values of responsibility, teamwork, and civic engagement while fostering personal growth and leadership skills among scouts. Additionally, oversee the Toilet and Hygiene Project for girls, which aims to improve sanitation infrastructure in schools, raise awareness about menstrual hygiene, and create a healthier, safer learning environment for young girls in underserved communities.
