Dr. Adam J. McNulty is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Reconstruction. His expertise includes Arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee, complex shoulder reconstruction and replacement procedures, and Orthopaedic trauma.

Dr. McNulty grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and went on to complete both his undergraduate studies and medical degree at the University of Oklahoma. He then pursued his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at UT Health San Antonio, where he gained extensive experience in the full spectrum of musculoskeletal care. To further refine his skills, he completed advanced fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Reconstruction at the renowned Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas in Greenville, South Carolina.

During his fellowship, Dr. McNulty provided Sports Medicine coverage for local high school teams, North Greenville University, Clemson University, the Colorado Rockies (MLB), and the Greenville Drive minor league baseball team. These experiences gave him the opportunity to care for athletes at all levels, from youth to professional, and deepened his passion for helping patients return to peak performance.

Dr. McNulty's clinical practice emphasizes arthroscopic techniques and advanced reconstructive procedures for the shoulder and knee, with a particular focus on treating athletes and active individuals of all ages. He is committed to delivering patient-centered care that combines the latest surgical innovations with a personalized approach tailored to each patient’s goals.
