Elizabeth Martin, M.D.

Assistant Professor

Dr. Martin received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a dual major in Romance Languages (Spanish) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead-Cain Scholar. She received her M.D. with Distinction in Global Health at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Martin then completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Her clinical interests include general obstetrics and gynecology and providing care for underserved patient populations while her research focuses on improving post-operative outcomes.
