Caitlin Martin, MD

Assistant Professor/Clinical

Dr. Martin graduated cum laude from Miami University of Ohio in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and a minor in Neuroscience. She then earned her MD in 2015 from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2019 at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. During residency, she received the Resident Achievement Award Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons in 2019 and the Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology from the AAGL Elevating Gynecologic Surgery in 2019. Dr. Martin joined the faculty at UT Health San Antonio in August 2019. Her clinical interests include abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive surgery, fibroids, and placenta accreta spectrum.
