Research & Grants
By using children brain tumor PDX models, combining molecular biology, cell biology and multiple Omics, we are trying to 1) identify new ways to reduce the therapeutic dose without sacrificing the therapeutic efficacy; 2) understand the mechanism of radiation resistance in pediatric brain tumor, and identify new intervention to prevent the development of radiation resistance. The ultimate goal is to develop a curative treatment on children brain tumors with minimal side effects.
