Lily Kwan, MSN, CRNA, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a strong academic and clinical foundation built in Boston’s leading medical institutions. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Anesthesia from Boston College.
During her anesthesia training, Lily completed extensive clinical rotations at several of Boston’s premier teaching hospitals, including Boston Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. These diverse experiences provided advanced training in general, regional, and obstetric anesthesia, as well as critical care management in complex, high-acuity settings.
Following graduation, Lily practiced with the Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (APHMFP), where she provided anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties in academic and community hospital environments. She later joined U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP), continuing to deliver high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia care with a focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Lily maintains professional interests in perioperative medicine, anesthesia education, and quality improvement. She is committed to advancing the practice of nurse anesthesia through ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
