Maiara Hister-Cockrell, DDS, FADI
Associate Professor/Clinical
Dr. Hister-Cockrell received her Dental of Surgery from the University of Porto Alegre PUCRS, Brazil in 1991. She has completed a fellowship and received certificates for Implantology and Advanced Education In General Dentistry (AEGD), from Baylor College of Dentistry and received a certificate in Orthodontics from PUCRS, Brazil. Dr. Hister-Cockrell is an Associate Professor/Clinical in the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at the UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. She was affiliated with the Regional Counsel of Odontology (Cro-Brazil) and Orthodontic Society at RGS, Brazil and the Academy of Osseointegration. Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International.
