Mr. Heath received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2006 and his Master of Science in Nurse Aensthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in 2010. Mr. Heath is board certified through the National Certification and Recertification Board of Nurse Anesthetist.
