Dr. Hammadah completed his medical school education at the University of Aleppo, faculty of medicine followed by internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Subsequently, his general cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships were completed at Emory University. He next joined the Minneapolis Heart Institute, Minneapolis, MN, for a dedicated year of advanced adult structural and congenital heart disease interventions.
Muhammad moved to San Antonio with his wife, Duaa Herraka, a Pharm D. candidate and their new baby Luna. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Hammadah enjoys spending time with his family and as well he is an avid cyclist.
Muhammad joined us at the Cardiology Division on November 15th, 2021 and is already actively engaged in the cath lab with his new colleagues.
