Steven Schenker Distinguished Professorship in Medicine

Clinical Professor of Medicine & Surgery

Chief, Division Gastroenterology & Nutrition

Dr. Glenn Gross, Clinical Professor of Medicine
and Surgery, joined the UTHSA faculty in 1992 and focused on ERCP early in his
career.  Chief of the Gastroenterology Division since 2001 and Vice Chair
for Clinical Affairs in the Department of Medicine since 2016, he holds the
Steven Schenker Distinguished Professorship in Medicine.  He is a Fellow
of multiple GI societies and is active in education and in fostering program
growth across the Department of Medici​ne.
