Marilyn Galindo, MD

Assistant Professor / Clinical

Dr. Marilyn Galindo is an Assistant Professor at UT Health San Antonio in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine since 2019. Dr. Galindo has a chemical engineering degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She received her Doctor of Medicine in 2014 from University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio and completed her residency from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2017. She practiced in El Paso, Texas from 2017-2019 as a private hospitalist.  She is American Board of Internal Medicine certified since 2017. Her medical interests include quality care, utilization review, transitions of care, patient satisfaction, and mentoring medical students and residents. Dr. Galindo is fluent in English and Spanish.
