Stephanie Eizember, MD

Dr. Stephanie Rico Eizember is a board-certified Hospitalist who joined UT Health San Antonio as an Assistant Professor/Clinical in September 2022. She became the Associate Section Chief for Hospital Medicine's Advanced Practice Providers in September of 2023. Dr. Eizember earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Texas- Pan American in Edinburg, TX in 2012 before going on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX in 2016. She then completed her Internal Medicine residency at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA in 2019 before becoming an Assistant in Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital in July 2019. Dr. Eizember is a member of several professional organizations including the American Medical Women's Association and the American Medical Association.
