Arturo Eguia, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Eguia spent most of his childhood in the Rio Grande Valley and is excited to serve the San Antonio community. He currently leads the Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Tumor Board each week. Dr. Eguia completed his medical school and residency training at UT Health Houston. He then went to complete Advanced Head and Neck Oncologic and Microvascular Surgical fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Eguia is a comprehensive head and neck surgeon treating both benign and malignant conditions of the head and neck, with particular interest in transoral robotic surgery and head and neck microvascular reconstruction.
