Simon Domenech, PA-C, MAJ, BSC

Simon Domenech is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician Assistant with a clinical background spanning operational, primary, and urgent care medicine. He earned his BS and MS degrees from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is licensed through the Texas Physician Assistant Board. His experience includes comprehensive patient care, procedures, trauma management, screening, diagnostics, and clinical leadership in both civilian and military healthcare settings.

He has served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force as a Physician Assistant and Flight Commander, supporting medical operations for high-readiness units and training populations with multiple deployments to the Central Command area of responsibility. He most recently practiced urgent care medicine in San Antonio and currently serves within the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department at The University of Texas at San Antonio
