Elizabeth Diaz, PA-C

Specialist

Elizabeth Diaz is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in medical oncology at UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center. She started her career in pediatrics and family medicine but joined UT Health in 2007 to pursue her interest in cancer research. She has worked in medical oncology for the past 15 years, primarily treating patients with advanced malignancies in the sarcoma, and genitourinary clinics. Elizabeth has a special interest in cancer research and she manages patients on Phase I clinical trials.  She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Texas. In 2001, she graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch with a bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies.

 

She is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and she is also a member of the Association of Physician Assistants in Oncology.
