Monica Chapman, P.A.-C.
Specialist
Monica Chapman completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. She later attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where she received her Master Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. PA Chapman is a San Antonio native and shortly after graduation, decided to return to her hometown to establish her career as a PA. She joined the Department of Urology in 2016. Her interests involve all aspects of general Urology with a focus on Female Urology, neurogenic and overactive bladder, complex urinary incontinence, and voiding problems.
PA Chapman emphasizes providing quality, patient-oriented care and patient-oriented decision making. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA), Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), and the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine & Urogenital Reconstruction (SUFU). She has also been appointed to the AUA Advanced Practice Providers Education Committee.
