Mary “Katie” Butler was born and raised in Denton, Texas. In 2008 she moved to San Antonio to study biology and play soccer at UTSA. She then attended UT Health San Antonio where she received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2015. She worked in Primary Care from 2015-2017 and now specializes in orthopedic spine. She has grown to know and love San Antonio and considers it home.
