Carlos Bazan, M.D.

Clinical Professor

Dr. Bazan attended Johns Hopkins medical school in Baltimore. He did his radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship at UT Southwestern in Dallas. He is a board-certified neuroradiologist and joined the faculty of UT Health San Antonio Radiology Department in 1986. He is currently a Professor of Radiology with special interests in Central Nervous System tumors and infections.  He especially likes working with residents helping them learn how to approach neuroradiology cases to arrive at the best possible diagnosis.
