  Over a 5-year period, 32 MOT students were competitively selected as scholars and received additional instruction and professional development for working with children and their families from under-served areas. Additionally, 40 community OTs were provided with training in the supervision of MOT students as a means to increase the number of community OTs who are willing to supervise OT students on their required clinical rotations.
