We are a computational cancer biology lab with a strong focus on data mining and integration. Our research focuses on using genomic and gene expression data in parallel with shotgun proteomics data, an emerging field termed proteogenomics, to reveal features and therapeutic vulnerabilities of cancer. We also develop bioinformatics tools to address relevant questions.
